1. General Provisions

2.11. 7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Prior to initiating a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out where the personal data subject has given written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
